Guide for filling in the Entry Form

All Entrants
-  Please make sure that you have read and understood the rules before filling in the entry form
-  Please fill in ALL contact details from Name to Emergency contact.
-  Your entry is only accepted once we have received payment of the entry fee

Solo Riders
- Select your Rider Classification as either Ultra-solo or Randonneur-solo.
- Choose your Bicycle Classification
- Select the correct Entry Fee according to your Rider Classification
- Do not enter a Team Name
- Select the option for Tansportation if you need this

2-4 person Teams
- Only tandems may enter the Ultra Class. All other 2 or 4 person teams must enter the Randonneur class
- Choose a team captain. This is the person making the entry for the whole team. No entries are required from the other team members
- Choose your Bicycle Classification. Note: all members of the same team must ride the same class of bicycle
- Enter a Team Name
- Select the correct Entry Fee
- Mark the option for Transportation if your team needs this. Please specify in the Optional Comments if this does not apply to all members of the team.
- In the Optional comments you must enter the Name, Email, Phone and Emergency contact of your other team members
